SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: THIS SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND FLASH-CATALOGS.COM. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS AND USING THE SOFTWARE. IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND CONTAINS WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. BY INSTALLING AND USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SOFTWARE AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THEN SELECT THE "CANCEL" BUTTON AND DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE.

I. Intellectual Property Rights:
This software program (the "Software") is copyrighted and is proprietary product of Flash-catalogs.com. The Software is also protected by United States Copyright Law and international Treaty provisions. Trademarks shall be used in accordance with accepted trademark practice, including identification of trademark owners name. Trademarks can only be used to identify printed output produced by the Software. Such use of any trademark does not give you any rights of ownership in that trademark. Except as stated above, this Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.

II. Use of the Software:
"Software" means the Flash-catalogs.com Flash Livehelp Administrator software program supplied by Flash-catalogs.com herewith.
This EULA allows you to:
Install and use the Livehelp Administrator on a single computer. A license for the Software may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers. Flash-catalogs.com grants you a royalty-free license to distribute the Flash Livehelp clients on unlimited web sites and on unlimted Cd-Roms. You may not: (1) place any the Livehelp Administrator on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Flash-catalogs.com. (2) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software. (3) create derivative works from the Software. (4) use this software in any illegal manner according to the laws of your state and country. (5) use this software for any other purpose than it was intended. (6) remove the Flash-catalogs.com copyright. (7) sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Flash-catalogs.com. (8) claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products. All products are property of Flash-catalogs.com.

III. Term:
This License shall continue for as long as you use the Software, except that it will terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, or in order for you to terminate the Agreement, you agree to destroy the original and any copies of the Software.

IV. Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT WILL FLASH-CATALOGS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR WRITTEN MATERIAL, EVEN IF FLASH-CATALOGS.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE AUTHOR ``AS IS AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.
